No. It can be, if you like, but for many people there is no God in spirituality. Everyone experiences spirituality in the way that fits him or her. If two people listen to Bach, one may feel that the piece is deeply religious, the other may purely enjoy the sound of the music. It is the same with spiritual experiences.
