Joost Boekhoven studied yoga and meditation
in several European countries and in India. For many years he lived
as a monk; later he decided to marry.
His daily search is for a way to combine the goals of spirituality
with living in the normal world.
He feels that in this he is helped very much by his principal teacher,
Shri Anandamurti.
Joost Boekhoven has written spiritual
stories and books.
He also writes articles for his website about meditation, God and
the pursuit of happiness.
